Amazon Adding 67 New Titles This Week

The list includes an original film and nine James Bond movies.

Amazon this week plans to add 67 new TV shows and movies to its Prime streaming lineup, including an original movie from Amazon Studios.

The new title list is headed by Brad’s Status, an Amazon original movie starring Ben Stiller as the chief of a non-profit group who questions his life choices during a college trip with his son.

The comedy/drama, which debuted in the theaters in 2017, received a score of 82 out of a possible 100 at RottenTomatoes.com, which tracks critical reviews. Of 153 critics surveyed by the site, 125 said they liked the film.

“Brad’s Status transcends its familiar premise with insightful observations and affecting interplay between stars Ben Stiller and Austin Abrams,” states RottenTomatoes.com, summarizing the reviews.

Other Amazon notables coming this week:  The Nut Job 2, the 2017 animated children’s film featuring a nutty squirrel who fights City Hall; and nine James Bond films including For Your Eyes Only, Goldeneye and The Living Daylights.
