Netflix this week plans to add 14 new TV shows and movies to its streaming lineup, including eight originals.

The new title list for the week includes seasons one and two of The Frankenstein Chronicles which stars Sean Bean as a police detective in 1818 who must investigate a strange corpse that bears some resemblance to a Frankenstein creation; season two of Marseille, a Netflix original drama about political rivals in France; Mute (pictured above), a Netflix original dramatic movie starring Alexander Skarsgard as a mute man who searches for his missing girlfriend in seamy Berlin; and season one of Seven Seconds, a Netflix original crime drama about a black teen who is killed by a New Jersey cop.

Also notable this week: Lincoln, the Steven Spielberg-directed bio film starring Daniel Day-Lewis as our 16th president.
