Amazon is now selling roughly 40 4K Blu-ray movies for under $15 each, which is $5 to $15 less than what the discs usually go for.

Since 4K TVs began appearing in retail stores a few years ago, the Hollywood studios have placed premium prices on 4K Blu-ray discs. Most new movies have cost as much as $30 each while even an older title might set you back $20.

But Apple this fall began selling 4K movie downloads for under $20 each to help support the release of its new 4K Apple TV. The move has led to Apple’s rivals lowering their prices for 4K streaming and disc content.

Amazon’s list of sub-$15 4K titles includes many recent releases such as John Wick, Chapter 2, Alien: Covenant, The Accountant (pictured above), Sing, and The Secret Life of Pets.

Other titles available for under $15 each include The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, The Bourne Identity, Sully and Underworld.
