Sling TV’s Orange package will be free to all new customers this Sunday, in part to help promote AMC’s season eight premiere of The Walking Dead, the live streaming service announced today.

The Orange plan starts at $20-a-month and includes ESPN and roughly 30 cable networks. (The Blue package costs $25-a-month, and includes more than 40 channels including live network feeds in select markets as well as several Fox channels.)

Sling TV says to watch the day-long preview, new customers can sign up at Sling.com/watchfree starting on Sunday at 8 a.m. ET.  (The free preview will run until 3 a.m. ET on Monday, October 23.)

There will be no requirement to post a credit card number. You will just have to enter your e-mail address.

After signing up, new customers will be able to watch all live channels available in the Orange plan, plus On Demand programming.

In addition to The Walking Dead premiere, which airs at 9 p.m. ET on Sunday, AMC will hold a day-long marathon of Walking Dead episodes on the same day.
