Amazon plans to add 49 new TV shows and movies to its streaming lineup in October, including six originals.
The new Amazon originals for October will include season one of Lore, an unscripted horror anthology series about the paranormal; season three of Red Oaks, which follows a young filmmaker and the amazing people he meets on his journeys; The Wall, an Amazon movie starring John Cena and Aaron Taylor-Johnson as two soldier pinned down by an Iraqi sniper; and City of Ghosts, a documentary about a group of activists who band together after their homeland is taken over by ISIS.

Other notable additions in October: Season six of FX’s American Horror Story; season five of the 1980-era Russian spy drama, The Americans (Pictured above), and Arrival, the 2016 sci-fi film starring Amy Adams as a scientist who learns to communicate with extraterrestrials.
