DIRECTV Now, a live streaming service owned by AT&T, debuted on November 30. AT&T said the service generated more than 200,000 paying customers in the first month.
However, it has been plagued with recurring technical errors from the start which has likely led to a reduction in subscriber growth in the last few months. Bloomberg has reported that the service actually lost a net of 3,000 subs in February and March combined.
